Miso deviled egg - Egg white piped with a miso, soy, ginger whipped egg yolk, on a fried rice noodle nest
Course 2- Cranberry Orange Cider
Fondant potato - Seared creamy fondant potato, mirepoix vegetables, and rosemary gravy
Course 3- the HOWARDAY Spice Cocktail
A proper Bourbon Cocktail made with the HOWARDAY Spice Cider and the HOWARD’s Select Single Barrel Knob Creek Bourbon

Seared Cod - Seared cod fillet over white beans, kale, blistered tomatoes, in a cream sauce
