Hard Cider Mimosa

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Sunken Paddle Heirloom Hard Cider

  • 1/3 cup orange juice (normally pulp free, but you do you)

Pour cider and orange juice into a flute or champagne glass. Great with brunch.

Fun Fact: The mimosa is a variation of the ever-loved Buck’s Fizz cocktail, invented in 1921 at Buck’s Club in London. The ratio above is a nod to the original Buck’s Fizz cocktail.
